Rare Books Section, Weston Library, Bodleian Libraries
Very excitingly, the Bodleian has just announced its first graduate traineeship specifically for rare books. We are hoping to find a recent graduate (or equivalent) with an interest in early printed books or ephemera to come and work with us at the Weston for a year. We hope the traineeship will provide a firm foundation for postgraduate study in librarianship and/or the history of the book, and ultimately a career in special collections librarianship. It’s a fantastic opportunity and one that could really make someone’s career in this sector. Details are on the website here
